Frigidaire FEB24S5AB 24" Black Electric Single Wall Oven

Bought this after our 1960 Frigidaire wall oven finally bit the dust. The oven was original to the house (we aren't, though), and we aren't ready to renovate the kitchen, so I really just needed a direct replacement for the old oven. I wasn't happy about the price, but that's not the distributor's fault--it's just an oddball oven, and no one offers a lower total price. This ships for free, and there's no sales tax in my state. The freight company called ahead, and the oven actually would have been delivered just a couple of days after I placed my order, but I asked them to wait a couple days longer, which they did. The oven was delivered via liftgate truck, and brought to the back of my home on a pallet, and left near my rear door, exactly as I requested. (The electrician came two days later to install it). The bottom facia piece is a bit tweaked, though I can't say if it was from shipping (the packaging was not damaged on the outside)--or the electrician. I'll contact the company to see about a replacement but not really all that concerned about it. The oven itself is nice. Of course, the interior is small, but we got used to that, due to the old oven's size. This one is self-cleaning, though (yay!), and has a digital keypad for timing and baking. There are two racks, a bright light, and it's exactlyl what we needed. My Thanksgiving turkey pan fits inside perfectly, so I'm pretty happy with this purchase! - Customer Reviews
