Miele Europa Design H4846BP 30 Single Electric Wall Oven True European Convection

We spent months to choose the right oven. This one just got us by surprise when we saw the look, features and performance. 3 months after the installation during a party while I was cooking; I had just put the oven in pre-heat and all of sudden the inner glass shattered. All my guests and my family were shocked. However I was pleasantly surprised with Miele support services. They we're prompt and replaced the inner glass at no cost to me very fast. After that incident, another 6 months have gone by and my family is enjoying this product. We have hosted umpteen number of parties for friends and family and this oven has always delighted us.
